Welcome to Red Barn Weddings & Events! Here you can explore photos of our venue, services offered, packages, and much more. The venue is located in Hokes Bluff, Alabama (just outside of Gadsden, Alabama) with the view of the Appalachian mountains on 164 acres. Our breathtaking view and detailed design of the barn creates an exquisite setting for your wedding, shower or event. It is privately owned and operated by Tina and Andy Doss, a husband and wife team, who work together to make sure your event runs smoothly. They offer a relaxing atmosphere along with help parking cars, transporting guests using a golf cart, setting up tables and chairs and more. They take great pride in making sure your event is one to be remembered for a lifetime.

Red Barn Weddings & Events is unlike any other venue. The views of the countryside and the rolling hills along with the scenery of the Appalachian Mountains make it unique so that you and your guests have a one of a kind experience. The Barn was built in 1998 and was originally used as a home for chickens and horses on the farm. In 2014, owners Tina and Andy had decided to remodel the barn and host events out of it for churches and other organizations. Since then, they have hosted many events and decided to make a business out of it. Red Barn Weddings & Events compares to none when it comes to customer service and resources. This barn has the perfect combination of elegance and rustic so you can choose a variety of decorations based on your event wants and needs. Tina and Andy raised three daughters on this farm and now it is a place that they spend time with their adult daughters, son in laws and grandchildren. Love built this place and there's no better place to welcome your new beginnings!

Our Inspiration
Red barn Weddings & Events is a venue that recently emerged because of the imagination and passion from Tina Doss, the owner. Tina is the mother of three, grandmother of three, and wife of 31 years. She has planned several weddings and events over the years from creating the bouquets to organizing the entire event. The barn was originally a horse barn that housed the family’s horses. Since the Doss family no longer has horses, the barn was just used for storage. The transformation of the barn started in April 2014 and has become a uniquely designed venue for any wedding or event. There is a peaceful feeling you get when you are there. It brings us back to the basics of life with the natural wood interior trimmed in cedar. The breathtaking view highlights God’s creation and adds as a magnificent backdrop. Tina is very detail-oriented which is why she is so great at making sure your special event is just the way you want it! She can offer expert advice based on her experience that will save you time and money. She is talented enough to provide as much or as little service as needed.
